Currently my gpa is 1.5 or so and i have been troubled with it if i cant even apply to japanese university and (possibly) live there. Do i have to apply scholarship to be able to study there or is it the part time job that i needed to have first beforehand? Ive been dreaming and studying so hard to japan and i would be glad that you could guide me in this. My current course is ICT(Information Communication Technology) and so far things are a bit brim.
