Hi guys,

I've been experiencing some discomfort on my shoulder during pushing exercises, mainly when i do overhead DB presses and bench presses. I believe I might have tweaked or sprained my shoulder.

Who would you guys recommend me to go see - an osteopath or physiotherapist? Which would be a better choice to go consult with my possible injury?

Will it be compatible? GTX980/970.

Hi guys, just wondering whether a GTX980/970 will be compatible with an ASUS P8Z68-V Pro board. Since its a pretty old board, will there be performance hits if it is compatible?

And on another side note, I believe that artifacts are caused mainly from the graphics right? Is there any way to fix artifacts?

Thanks for your feedbacks.

Quick HDMI question.

Hi guys.

A quick question on HDMI cables. Will there be any difference between a cheap HDMI cable versus a more branded HDMI cable (say from Belkin etc etc)? Will the performance be exactly the same? Build quality wise would be like night and day but will the data transfer be any different? Will I be able to notice any difference?

Thanks for your help

[WTA] New monitor

Hi guys, I'm in the market for a new monitor as I knocked mine off my table while trying to disconnect it to clean my workspace.

With a budget of say RM500 - RM600, which monitor would you guys recommend/suggest? I'm looking for an IPS panel and will be using the monitor mainly for FPS games and movies.

On a side note, should I go for a 23/24" monitor @1080p or should I put in a little more cash and go for a 27" Korean monitor @ 1440p?

Hi guys, how can I tell whether my SSD has died? I've had it since 2011 and had no problems with it.

Today, I think it finally died of old age... it could'nt boot into windows at all. All it says on my screen is to "Reboot and select proper boot device or inser boot media in select boot device and press a key..."

I have tried unplugging the SSD and also trying different ports on my motherboard. I just want to know whether my SSD has finally retired or whether it is some other problem...

Hey guys, as the title says. There's something wrong with my computer. It often hangs when I'm playing games. The game freezes half way at random intervals. When it hangs, it also gives this buzzing sound from the game - and its becoming an annoyance. My computer runs fine when I'm not playing any games.

Also, my computer often resets itself when I'm gaming, I associate this with the processor being hot, but I can't be sure. Any way on checking temperature? Any software?

My computer specs are as of my sig...

Hi guys. So I've been happily playing with my new rig. Finally getting up-to-date with the games

So now I'm happily playing BFBC2 online although I'm still so so veli teh noobzor.

However, there is something that keeps on happening while I'm playing online. Sometimes my computer would just automatically turn off, then turn itself on again after a couple of seconds... and sometimes the whole game just hangs with a buzzing sound. I can't even alt+f4 or ctrl+alt+del or anything. The only way is to reset the computer.

So I would just like to ask the abang's here on how they would approach this problem...

BTW, I tried reinstalling the game and is still the same...

Hi, I would like some inputs regarding the differences between the P8Z68-V and P8Z68-V Pro board.

Is paying extra cash really worth the extra features on the -Pro board or would using the extra cash on some other hardware by getting the non-Pro board more worth it? Is the extra money spent on the -Pro board justified by the extra features?

Sorry, still a little new here

Gaming Rig for RM4,500.

Hi guys, me again. So I'll be back in Malaysia in a couple of days time for a month and I thought I might get my rig (unless my dad suddenly FFK). But nonetheless, please take a look.
So I have picked some parts out and I hope that the sifu's can help check it out. Furthermore, I will be bringing this rig with me to Australia, so can anyone tell me how to safely transport the hardware over from Malaysia to Australia (about 8 hours flight - Melbourne).

So I have RM4.5k to spend and here's what I've chosen. Note that some of the prices were from the garage sales section
Plus I will be somewhat overclocking a little eheh.

Processor INTEL Core i7 2600K RM959
Motherboard	ASUS P8Z68-V Pro RM815
Graphics Card	MSI N570GTX Twin Frozr III Power Edition/OC RM1149 (if able to get from Mr. lingloong)
RAM (Memory)	CORSAIR Value 8GB 1333 (4GBx2) RM248
Hard Drive 1	SAMSUNG 1TB Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ RM169
Optical Drive	LITE-ON 22x DVD-RW+ SATA RM60
PSU SEASONIC X-760 RM550
Casing COOLER MASTER CM690 II Advance RM339
CPU Cooler	COOLER MASTER Hyper 212+ RM109

Altogether is RM4398. So I was wondering this rig would be okay? And like I stated earlier, how to ship the rig over to Australia...
[WTA] Gaming Rig and laptop

Hi guys.

So now I have about RM7000 to spend on a desktop and a laptop. I just need some recommendations on what I should get. The main job of the desktop is of course to play games such as Crysis 2, Battlefield, CoD etc at the highest settings possible. The laptop is mainly for work oriented stuff like university assignment and stuff like that. However, I would also like the laptop to at least play some games such as Cod at low - med settings (if possible).

But the way, I'm only getting the stuff probably during June-July. I just wanted a taste of what I can get now.

PS. For the desktop, only the rig is required. Mouse and keyboard I already have, and I'm getting a monitor elsewhere...

Uhm, I may need some confirmation before I delete one of my partition. So I was wondering whether someone could help me here.

Some background first. I've been using this laptop for 3 years now, and I already upgraded the OS to Win7 when it came out.
But there is a partition in my C drive that has WinVista installation in it, something like a fresh copy that is booted every time I reformat my laptop.
So I was just wondering if I can delete this partition and whether anything will go wrong in with my laptop if I were to delete the partition...

Any comments is much appreciated.
Need some HTML help please.

Hi, I'm making a HTML project. The trouble I'm having with right now is to do with having multiple CSS files. For example, I have 2 CSS files. One of them will be the default. However, the user is able to choose the other CSS file if they choose to do so. However, the problem is, when clicking the "link"/option to change CSS files, it instead redirects me to the CSS file, not updating the HTML page with the CSS file... Is there anyways I can update the HTML file between the CSS files instead of just having the browser redirect me to the CSS file and showing the entire CSS file in the browser?
