Personal equipment
Modem: Aztech 600E
Router: Level-One MIMO router WBR 5400
Firewall used: Window Firewall

Problem details
First occurence of problem: slow connection, disconnection
Problem frequency: a week
Problem description: having slow connection since last monday and when I checked my modem it show up 576Kbps. My streamyx package was Rm88 which is 1.5Mbps and my max speed when it stable is cap roughly 60kbps. It wont go higher than that which is abnormal. I can surf and download at 160KBps before the problem occured!...

Electric Blackout problem

hi,

I'm having frequently electric blackout in my housing area and my pc has been shut down and after it turns on awhile, the electric blackout again.

I thinking whether it will spoil any parts of my computer hardware?

I hope someone can give some information regarding this issue

I'm planning to buy a pc this weekend, this is what I build for my new pc :

AMD Phenom Tri Core 8450+ Rm450

What confused me are these mainboard in term of the price and chipsets.

M3A78-EMH HDMI 780G chipset RM300
MSI K9A2 platinum 790FX Rm550
MSI K9A2 CF 790X Chipset RM335
GA-MA78GM-S2H 780G Chipset Chipset Rm320

I might add on the extra money to upgrade my GC to ATI3850.

Any recommendation on the graphic card are welcome too.
My budget is roughly about RM2.4k max for the whole spec.
