Noob question about protein

I am 66 kg and 168cm tall, male, office worker. Gym bros tell me that I should have 66*2.2=145.2g of protein daily to build muscle OR 1g of protein per pound of body mass which means 66 kg converted to pound is 145.5 pound which is also my protein daily intake in g. 145.2 and 145.5 do not look different from each other, to be honest.
So... gym bros also tell me that chicken breast is best. I do not have a weighing scale. So... my question is

how many chicken breast to eat per day to get my daily protein intake which is 145.2g-145.5g? Tq in advanced.

Proton Preve immobilizer locked

One workshop connected my Preve to a software and the software says Immobilizer Locked.

1) What does it mean?

2) How much does it cost to fix? My trusted workshop says that he can fix it for around RM100 or so. I have been doing business with him for a long time. One random keysmith I found via google and talked to says it is motherboard (you call it ECU?) problem and cost more than RM1k to fix. That gave me a heart attack.

Have this happened to you before? Tq in advanced.

Proton Preve is there actually one nice story?

I bought a Proton Preve, second hand some more and drove it for a few years. Other than normal wear and tear and needs replacement, my Preve is running fine. BUT, I read so many Proton Preve (or any Proton car in general) horror stories that I am perplexed.

Is this car really that bad as it is or is it just a case of disgruntled owners make the most noise???

If you Preve also gives you (almost) no problem other than normal wear and tear, can you tell your story below???????????????

Nord VPN

I have some questions. So I just got myself Nord VPN an hour ago. I am struggling to use it. I logged in and clicked around and found out that I have to download an app for my Windows 10. So I did. Then I installed and opened it and after more clicking around, I am now connected to Estonia. I have some question.

1) Is there any button I need to click FROM THE NORD APP itself to open a special browser so that I am now in Estonia or can I use Chrome as usual?

2) if the answer is use Chrome as usual, why is it that when I type 'Where am i?' in Chrome, it still shows my real location instead of somewhere in Estonia? I mean... isn't the Nord VPN supposed to fool the browser into thinking that I am in Estonia? If I use Dot VPN (Chrome extension I got for free) and connect to France and I type where am I, Chrome will really show that I am in France. Doesn't Nord work the same way??????

A dumb question about timing belt.

People, I have a dumb question. I am car newbie. My timing belt sticker is 17/7/2021 and got 4xxxxx (this six digit on it). My waja pedometer (did I use the correct word? the six digit below the km/h meter) is 3xxxxx. Today is 16 Oct 2021. Do I still need to change my timing belt? Please don't laugh at me. Dumb things Malaysian HR do

1) Ask for pay slip because they don't know the market rate based on what candidate brings to table and simply and lazily slap 10% or so on it and call it fair. Dumb.
2) Add the clause that says 'Management may ask you to come back outside working hours' or 'Management may give you duties and responsibilities as we see fit' or its 1001 variations. In other words, you are free to give us work with no extra pay. Oh wait... that sounds... familiar... SLAVERY!

Yes, i read and watched all the salary negotiation tactics out there.

Delay talks of salary until employer falls in love with you first. Stall as long as possible yada yada yada etc etc. BUT
1) that works in the Western setting where they have different laws and setting, I have yet to read a piece of advice for Asian Malaysian setting and its employment practices.
2) some company really strict. if you don't provide expected salary, they move on to someone else. Now, imagine this job candidate has a family to feed.

In cases, like this, do you STILL play this delay-salary-talks-game as long as possible or just straight reveal your expected salary?

I can only think of way to counter this move. That is, reveal your expected salary, yes BUT when employer reveals their decided salary as well, you change your mind and ask for higher. Does this work??????????

Unethical Bosses

There is a facebook page that allows employees to bitch anonymously about their bosses and after reading those complaints, I find that 99.9% of the time, the boss is the wrong one. Insisting on opening even not allowed yet, covering cases, wear long sleeve to conceal red band, threaten to fire or potong gaji and shit. Often times, the employee says he has no choice but to continue working because of no other job due to covid. BUT... I want to bring attention to something. If you are the employee and if there is a case in the company you work for due to your boss melanggar peraturan SOP will you be able to sleep at night knowing that
a) you risk bringing the virus back to your loved ones
b) you indirectly killed somebody or at least contributed to it
if you do not report your boss?
Also, knowing that your boss willingly put your life at risk just so that he can get HIS business (not yours) going, do you still want to work for such character????

question on engine oil

1) Why doesn't engine oil stay at the same amount in engine forever? Theoretically, if the car is not leaking oil, the amount of engine oil that I put in will be the same forever, right???

Guys, I suddenly found this thing unscrewed underneath my car. It is hollow and I can easily take it off.

Is this important? Like will my car explode or die on the road without this plastic thing.
