Can I travel within state from 4th May

I need to go back from Subang to Sungai Long(my second home) to get something and then back to subang. No worries, I’m not interacting with anyone. So on 4 May can i just travel like usual ? Is traveling within selangor okay ?

I’m a student. Already back to hometown(Subang) during Mco. I though only 2weeks but it extended. All my study materials are left at my campus dorm (Sg long) and my university decides to do online finals exam in a few weeks. I really need those materials for my online finals. Is there anyway for me to go back there to take my stuff and return back to Subang?

Btw no delivery, since my room is single room and locked so nobody can help me send my stuff home
