WANJU.MY Penipu scammer in Shopee

Just want to share my bad experience with this seller. On 23/3, as I could not find any mask from local pharmacy (all out of stock), I ordered mask from them . Description stated item will be ship from Cheras, KL. Only after paying, seller said will ship item in 10 days, ok never mind la although geram with the false advertisement.

Then after waiting more than 2 weeks, I asked seller status of order but no reply. Asked again 2 days later also no reply although seller is online most of the time. At that time, MCO is about to be extended and my mask left few pcs. So I bought at Watson and informed seller want to cancel order as they have not ship, (no reply) then proceeded to cancel. They did not accept my request and provided Shopee with so-called “proof of delivery” when in fact it is just printing of address stickers. No proof item is handed to courier.

Contacted Shopee to explain my case but Shopee pulak said need time to investigate. After few days, courier finally delivered the item on 18/4. I tell Shopee I wanted to refund item but they rejected say not qualified. I feel I have the right to cancel order as “seller did not respond to any of my query” and “seller have not ship the item”. Shopee’s app itself listed that two reasons as grounds to cancel order.

The original listing of the product is long gone so I cannot even comment on my experience with this seller. Now there are few new listing also claiming ready stock and shipping from KL again. There’s reviews from dissatisfied buyer having similar experience too. Shopee is hopeless in preventing this kind of dishonest seller and a lot of unsuspecting buyer will continue to be duped.

Lastly the quality of the mask itself is lousy compared to Medicos brand that is sold in Watson. Might as well get from local pharmacy to save from all the headache.
Sharing my experience here so you don’t get cheated by WANJU.MY too.
Finished my rant. Thank you for reading.

Long story short. Duped by false advertisement but Shopee could not or would not do anything.

Want to sell Seri Tanjung apartment

Bought the apartment in 1998. It's been vacant ever since. Has been paying monthly installment and settled the loan recently. Wondering what is the market price? Saw a few apartments in the vicinity same size (650 sq) selling for RM50K plus in internet. Is it a fair price?

Is the spot on my pictures

I use my camera every 3-4 days to prevent fungus problem. But recently i notice 5 spots on my pic. It wasn't there like a month ago. I use built-in sensor cleaner but it's still there. I kept some silica packs (from food packaging) in my camera bag also. It appear whether i'm using 30mm and 18-55mm lens. So i assume it's on sensor. Is it dust or fungus?
If it's fungus, can anyone let me know a recommended place around Puchong to get it clean, and the price also Thanks a bunch

Appreciate it if you guys can give comment on the specs recomended by Kytz for PC specialized for internet browsing, downloading HD movies, watching, converting and burning video and sometimes playing games like Prince of Persia (2008). Initially i thought of getting a Dell system but he suggested this instead (see below). What do you think?
