Where/How To Fix A Broken Wii?

I have been delaying this problem for over half a year already.

Basically, I brought my modded US Wii which I bought here to Australia, and sometime in May 2008 when I turned it on, the adapter got spark and then my Wii went off. I had to replace the adapter, but then realised that there was NO VIDEO. Got sound, got lights, got response to wiimote etc. In order words, everything else working but NO VIDEO.

I brought it back to Malaysia to return to the shop where I bought it from (Summit) to get it fixed, but it has been with them from sometime in Aug/Sep all the way until now... January 2009... and there's still NO progress. They tell me it's hard to find the parts or something and to keep waiting, but I think they're just stalling me. I hope they haven't dismantled my wii and sold it for spare parts or something.

So my question is this:
Does anyone know where in Malaysia (hopefully Klang Valley) can I get my Wii's video card thingey replaced so that I can use my Wii again?

I really really hope somebody can help! Dowan to have to deal with false promises and whatnots. If it can be fixed, tell me how, where, how much, etc? The Wii not even 1 year and already rosak. Heart very pain for a long time already. Don't know what to do. Will be getting the broken Wii back from the stupid shop hopefully by this week since they're not doing anything oso.

Please help me!

Wireless connected but internet suddenly stops

Did a search on the forums here in LY but couldn't find anything.

I have been having this very irregular problem for a while already. I'm using a MBP (Early 2008) and eventhough my AirPort shows full bar, sometimes the internet suddenly stops working for JUST MY MBP, where as all the other computers in my house are still connected to the net and working normally. I am not even able to ping to the router from my MBP, yet my AirPort icon at the top nicely shows full bar.

(be warned, my Safari gives me this error about Slow Script and the error keeps popping up eventhough I click cancel. No problem in Firefox.)

Just wondering if anyone else also encounters this problem and if they know of any definite solution. For now, all I have to do is turn my AirPort off and on, which can be quite annoying. I am using a Linksys WRT54GL router, and I believe the problem lies in my Mac.

Some ppl blamed Real Player Downloader or Little Snitch, but eventhough I quit those programs using Activity Monitor, my net was still down just for my Mac (AirPort still full bar). All I need to do is to dc and connect back, or off and on back my AirPort, and can connect to internet again.

Someone please help!

Unlocked iPhone in HK Apple Online Store?

I just got an email from Apple Hong Kong (bought my mbp from the online store there) saying that I can purchase the iPhone online from the Apple Store. Been hearing that they're selling it on the Apple Store but you had to go to the actual store to collect and activate for the US, no news about elsewhere.

When I clicked on the link, as you can see in the attached picture, it states clearly at the bottom:

After conversion, it's about RM2400 and RM2800 only, seems like a fair price. Although you'll need someone to ship to in HK and then bring it back to Malaysia.

Any idea what's going on? Not sure how long this has been there, since I only got the newsletter email today.
