As per title, is there any legal way or trick to stop downstair neighbour smoke in balcony or window? Whenever they are smoking, all those smokes come into the upstair houses and causing a lot of trouble.

I'm trying to replace value of emgu cv image in certain rectangle.

This is the current code:

water leaking from top floor, no unit(common area)

Hi,

There's water leaking from the top floor at my place, i can see some mark within my house and outside the house wall, and from the top floor, that leaking related area is a common area, which there's a water hole there to prevent stagnant water, so probably the leakage is from the piping within. I check with management and management point me to developer, and developer didn't want to do anything.

Anyone can advise on the possible approach on current situation? Both legal and non legal way?

Hi,

I purchase a tv via senHeng online portal during their promotion period last week and i can clearly see stock available in their page, so i paid already the amount.

After 1 week, i called and ask them, they said stock is not available and need to wait for like 1 month, they ask me whether want to refund or switch to different model. To refund, need to go through some tedious process again. In this case, is this sort of scam to hog on our $ even though they do not have the stock?

Anyone experience similar thing before?

I'm trying to load json data but not sure how to get the loaded member:

how can i get aa,bb,cc and dd from jsonConfigDataLoad ?

aa,bb,cc and dd should be int

This is what i get when i visualize it with jsonConfigDataLoad[0].ToString();

Alternative to receive USD from US

Hi,

Previously i use transferwise and their borderless account so that i can have an US account to receive USD from US. But now they closed the borderless account.

What are some alternative to do this now? Any suggestion?

I googled and see some options such as Instarem & Bigpay, but not sure on this yet. Anyone can suggest?

I try to avoid paypal for now since facing a lot issue with paypal previously.
