"The proposed share swap will entail the issuance of new shares in UEM Sunrise at 44.3 sen each to shareholders of Eco World in exchange for all Eco World shares at 46.9 sen each.

Pending shareholders' approval, the merger will see Khazanah controlling the enlarged group with a 43 per cent stake.

UEM Group said it would remain the single largest shareholder of the enlarged UEM Sunrise with a 43 per cent stake, while Eco World's substantial shareholders would hold 24.2 per cent.

Overall, government-linked investment companies including that of UEM Group will hold a collective stake of more than 50 per cent."

More favourable for UEM Sunrise

UBS Securities added that while UEM Sunrise has a much larger landbank, it is largely concentrated in southern Malaysia with a longer gestation period.

In contrast, Eco World's portfolio has higher turnover and efficiency.

"Its higher average ROE (return on equity) in the last four years of 3.9 per cent (UEM Sunrise: 2.7 per cent) and average sales of RM3.4 billion per annum (UEM Sunrise: RM1.4 billion) are cases in point.

I dont know about u guys tapi lately aku suka benda
colour2 ni. Baru terjumpa benda ni... "Kolam of Dreams" (https://www.hlb.com.my/en/personal-banking/campaigns/promotions/deepavali.html) Hong Leong buat kempen lukis kolam. Cuba korang try jugak. Menenangkan jiwa colour2 ni bagi aku. Dah buat 3 dah tadi. hahaha
