XPS 15 9550 wifi problem

Hi all,

From day 1 since i got this xps 15 9550, the wifi has not been reliable, but it was still tolerable as it happens once in a while.
But lately, it has gotten a lot worse. No internet signal regularly everyday.
This laptop has served me well except for this reoccuring issue.

Ive done some research online and it says the killer wifi card is rubbish?

Need advice from sifus here and any services offered to solve this issue.

Dentist recommendation

I have two heart valves replaced with artificial carbon valves due to bacteremia/septicimea

Anyone knows of a good dentist in Klang Valley that is well equipped and experience to deal with such situation? For regular check-up and cleaning

My experience was I will be given anitibiotics to be taken an hour before any dental operation and the dentist will not be as rough as usual.
