Let say you are age 59 now. Once more year only to work. The HQ decided to fire you. The reason is they no longer needs your department so cut it out and fire everyone. The company only pay you 2 months salary with 1 month advance notice.

I want to know can the company do this? Or they must pay you 1 year salary as compensation? Can sue them in industrial court or not? Because only left 1 year also so old nobody will hire you liao.

Or if the company wants to force you to resign by transferring you far away from your hometown. Like kedah to johor. Can sue the company or not? Thanks

Najib to know his fate on SRC case

KUALA LUMPUR: Apart from the biggest one day online sale on 11.11, all eyes will also be on Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, whose fate will be determined on that same day when the High Court delivers its verdict on his case for alleged misappropriation of RM42 million in SRC International Sdn Bhd funds.

Najib, 66, served as Malaysia’s sixth prime minister from April 2009 to May 2018, and is the country’s first premier to find himself in the dock of a court.

Justice Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali is scheduled to pronounce the verdict at 10am, whether to order Najib to enter his defence or walk free on three charges of criminal breach of trust (CBT), one count of abusing his position and three counts of money laundering of SRC funds.

Why the animals know its yummy?

Hi. Sorry first i know its quite stupid to ask this but just want to know why. How come lions know buffalo, impala and zebra are yummy and bite its meats?
How come they know its yummy? I always heard about instinct and nature but how come they know it?

Example human also wont naturally know how to hunt and eat meats unless been taught. I dont think first generation of human can know how to cut the animal meats and burn it with fire right.

Share your worst experience of courier service

Recently i have bought few thousands worth of items from shoppe. Macam2 items. And i have heard of a new courier company called J&T express. Many complaints and all. But i still give it a try.

Got 1 item already ordered for 1 week. The tracking system did not updated and stucked at one place. Yesterday i called up their office. Passing here and there. Finally got through the right office. The staff said, "Item had arrived, but wednesday only will send out because wednesday many items at your area. I was facepalm"

In fact that items reached the office since last week but they kept the things in their office never sent out. Actually i ordered for my mum and sent to her hometown. If not i already went to the office to collect. My mum injured her leg so cannot go to the office and she might not know how to go to the office as she dunno how to use Waze..

So guys, you have any worst experience with courier service?
So far DHL is good. Poslaju also ok but sometimes they wont call if they have reached. At least they will put a notice paper for you to collect in pos office.

Plumber Job

Hi guys. You can consider to take this profession. Their charges are like crazy especially kl/selangor area. Maybe can take up degree in pumbling.

Yesterday i thought of getting the service from kaotim for plumbing related matter. Even before starts repairing already on site service Rm185.00 excluded the problems to be fixed. Crazy.

But thanks to few plumbers explanation, at the end i buy the items myself and replaced it myself.

So unless there is leaking and no choice to find plumber. Their charges are exorbitant. If i can turn back younger i might consider to take up degree in plumbering technology. Lol

How would you feel if your housemate

How would you feel if one day, suddenly you able to take a glance at your housemate's room? I think my housemate forgotten to close tightly his room's door and hence it got opened on its own.

To my horror, the condition of his room inside is worst than the prison that i saw in the tv. I just moved in to this house for a week. Full of rubbish and scary. Will rats or snake roaming around his room?
Can you endure to living with such a person like this next to your room?

Well, i know some of you guys will say, who cares...even if he is living with corpses also i dont give a damn as long he dont disturb my life
