            <description>Anyone have filed any cases against any merchant or ecommerce ( lazada, shopee or any other website) to tribunal court for small claim?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;how does it goes? &lt;br /&gt;did u manage to get back ur money after 14 days award demand?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i want to bring my case to tribunal against lazada refund to my credit card (been a month). &lt;br /&gt;did not receive my item and no refund given as well by lazada after the promised date by them..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;thank you. &lt;br /&gt;</description>

            <title>Lazada Pissed Customer</title>

            <description>Found this page and realised , lazada not just being shit to me. for my refund rm5599.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;they are getting bad by days. &lt;br /&gt;reported to kpdnkk,nccc still refuse to refund and give a lot of excuses. &lt;br /&gt;asked to wait for 15 working days( 3 weeks). time&amp;#39;s up. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;now say need 10 more working days (2 weeks) to refund to me. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Excuses given: Transaction failed (im using maybank installment) &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;which is such a nonsense excuses. &lt;br /&gt;cause i had same refund to same credit card on 1st oct. &lt;br /&gt;some more 2 installment plan have been charged , still wanna say transaction failed..  &lt;!--emo&amp;:ranting:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/ranting.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='ranting.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;even went to bank this morning to get black and white on my credit card status. &lt;br /&gt;ask to talk back to the lazada guy Wan (claimed him form kpdnkk lazada) but suddenly today he on leave till thursday  &lt;br /&gt;kantoi already terus cuti. &lt;!--emo&amp;:mega_shok:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/mega_shok.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='mega_shok.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;guess lazada just giving plain excuse probably did not even wanna refund / haven&amp;#39;t start on the case. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;https://lazada-malaysia.pissedconsumer.com/review.html&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i bought from LAZMALL APPLE STORE. be careful when purchase even on their official store. &lt;br /&gt;Learned my lesson already. gonna see what else they wanna say after 10 working days. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;should i bring this to tribunal? thanks&lt;br /&gt;</description>

            <description>Have anyone field case at tribunal against Lazada especially on refund matter.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What is the outcome ?&lt;br /&gt;Managed to get back your money?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cause i read few post on google saying that. Even if consumer get the award (win case) sometimes merchant did not bother pay back within 14days. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks</description>

            <title>Lazada Refund Maybank Installment</title>

            <description>On 1st of oct 2019 i bought an iphone 11 pro 256gb from lazmall official apple store around midnight .suddenly at 3.30am it got cancelled due to no stock.&lt;br /&gt;The next morning i confirmed with their staff on the phone and they confirmed that it has been refunded and i shall see the amount reflected back to my credit card within 5 -15 working days. The amount is rm5599 &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I call and email them almost every 2 to 3 days to make sure it has been refunded. and they said it is in midst processing. On the 11 working days. Suddenly i saw charges. On my credit card for amount of 2 installment (maybank new cycle billing). Then i called Maybank and told them it has been cancelled. And the Maybank staff told me,lazada did not request any cancellations for the transaction that is why i still being charged. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I been chasing lazada till this date (15 working days already) and they keep on saying will request for proof of refund and will get back to me asap. But nothing. Till this date. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have lodged report to kpdnkk (they loop kpdnkk staff in the email they replied to me, seem like they not scared at all)  and dispute my credit card transactions (within 45days only know the result) &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What else can i do? And how many of u have been in this situation. &lt;br /&gt;Im using Maybank installment by the way.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks</description>
