Specifically:<br /><br />1. Are there interruptions to electricity and water? If so, are they frequent and how long do they last on average?<br /><br />2. Is it a safe place to live, including the vicinity i.e. the shops etc? Can one walk around at midnight with no problem, for example.<br /><br />3. What is the makeup of the population there; more locals or foreigners? Are they well-behaved?<br /><br />4. What is the noise level like? Are the people there boisterous? Can the sounds from nearby shops be heard? Is the traffic noise audible? Are there - gasp - dogs barking 24/7??<br /><br />5. How much is the monthly maintenance fee?
