tried to connect as external drive also not detected.
In disk management gt pop to ask for initializing (haven't choose to initialize), but after that try another few times, all detect nothing.
any idea to get bec my local file?

my skype application cannot receive but can send messages,
my friend can receive what i send and also can send messages to me.
and after i log out my account and select "no" to "remember account and application setting", all the messages history gone after log in.
But the weird things is, all my chat is there when i open my skype account using web browser.
any idea about this problem?

raid mSATA

Bitdefender blocked outlook:

laptop motherboard repair suggestion

LAPTOP model: HP 15 ay105tx
My laptop auto shutdown and blackout suddenly. After this it had no function anymore. So i send it for repair and the technician now tell me the problem is more about ic and they dont hav stock to replace it.
What is the next step I need to do? Send to another repair shop and ask them whether they can fix the ic problem? Or send to hp service centre?
