Set the sharing setting to Read-Only

Hi all,
I'm trying to set up Shared Folder to share read-only ISO documents with my colleagues.
I've set the sharing setting to Read-Only.
The files cannot be modified or deleted in the Shared Folder, but the files can be copied to my colleagues' PC.
I've read online that the files can be copied as long as they have "Read" option.

Is there any method or software can be used to disable copy-paste option in Shared Folder?
Or is there any way to monitor and know if certain user in the network has copied the files to their PC?
Thanks
