Trying to get my severance pay

So my employment is coming to an end in november, I was given a termination letter but with no severance pay mentioned, few days ago I had a meeting with my employer and all he said was "Tak mampu" I had gotten into a heated argument with him about it, he does not deny about my rights but he is constantly pulling the "Pity me" card and expects me to understand his difficulties, I told him that even I have difficulties and I have loans to pay so this severance money would help me tremendously and could easily clear out 90% of my loans. Not to mention the EIS, where I'm eligible for 6 months at 80% of my salary. I had spoken to the JTK and they had called my employer and ask to meet. I need some advice and experience regarding this because this is my first time dealing with such a difficult employer. At first we had agreed to an installment BEFORE the JTK but then he began having cold feet so I had no choice but to seek JTK's aid about this. They told me to draft a letter specifically demanding a severance pay amounting to "xxxxx" by november (Calculated and verified) I had given the letter in person to my employer on friday. Hoping things will go smoothly so I can leave the place and get my money.

Anyone ever go through JTK? What is the likelihood outcome of my case? Need some opinion and insight.

Tomorrow at 8:30AM I will have to attend to the driving academy school for my B2 License, I have not had any license ever before but I have been studying but I was told it will consist of 70 questions, can anyone here give me a legitimate and actual simulation of the exam so I can practice and test my knowledge? I would prefer the simulation having the exact questions (Similar is alright too but preferably exact same questions)

I see shopee provides daily returns. So far I had only put in RM1000 and while it is true that it does bring daily returns but I'm somewhat worried because it's not protected by PIDM, has anyone ever had any bad experience with money+??

So I don't wanna disclose much info on this guy but let's say we sat down and chatted about loans and other financial stuff. He told me he was in debt with Shopee SpayLater and SLoan which both combined accumulating at RM5500, he is required to pay at around RM800 per month. He told me that he is going to clear it all this year if he sticks to his plan, he had drawn out this plan where he will pick up another personal loan from AEON of RM5000 with 12 months repayment of RM450. I asked him why, he said because instead of paying RM800 per month, he now only pays RM450.. I told him that it was a bad move to pick up another loan to pay off old ones because he is digging his grave deeper and deeper, while yes it is a lot less to pay per month but the time it took to repay all of them is another 12 months. I advised him not to but he told me this was a smart move, I beg to differ, he told me he COULD pay the Spaylater and Sloan without the need to pick up another loan but doing so would mean he is forced to be frugal, what do you guys think? Is this really a smart move or is he just a retard?

Hi, I need some legal advice from people here who might have the same kinda experience as I'm facing right now. I don't want to disclose a lot of information so I'll narrate the situation as best as I can.

Let's say I own a land which is currently being occupied by random people. Could I cut off their electricity and water supply? I tried googling this but I couldn't find an answer, while yes it is against the law according to specific Akta but the problem is there is no contract, black and white documents where I let them occupy my land, my late grandfather let them occupy the land WITHOUT any form of documents that legally lets them occupy it. He did it out of kindness in his heart (Stupid I know) But now that I'm the sole owner of the land, I want to kick them out, currently waiting the court order to draw out the papers and notice to vacate the premise. Though that will take around 4 Months.. Someone suggested that I should cut off their power and water supply for the time being. Do you guys think this is permitted by law for me to do this considering we don't have any tenancy documents? They're basically occupying illegally without our approval.

Friend of mine owes me money which he had been paying me monthly in a fixed amount but recently there's some unforeseen circumstances struck him to which he wasn't able to pay me at all, he offered me his ASUS RTX 5090 TUF OC which priced at RM15k retail in Lowyat plaza but I'm not sure if it's a smart way for me to accept this as payment? Lots of LYN members tend to lowball you like crazy lol. I'm hoping to get 11K so I can get my money back. There's nothing wrong with the GPU, he still kept the receipt, there's 2 years local warranty with 1 year from ASUS. What do you guys think? Should I accept this GPU as payment?

Where can I replace iPhone's battery?

Went to machine and switch few days ago and I spoke to them about battery replacement. They all told me that I need to make an appointment and leave my phone for a week to replace, do you guys know any alternatives? I just want it done on the same day because I work and I need to use my phone, I don't have extra phones laying around. I tried googling and I saw few options that offers cheaper (Mind you, price isn't my biggest concern because I just want it done on the same day and uses the GENUINE APPLE PARTS) Some of the these stores claimed to be using apple parts but they re-use old adhesive without replacing it so that's another downside for me. Can anyone know recommend me a place?
