Got some questions. Hope fellow forum members can help...
If u topup, for example, RM10 multiple times in a day, credit validity will only extend by 10 days, right? So, u need to topup different denominations to gain that credit extension?

Shopee attempted account deletion

Hi,
recently I received email from Shopee saying my IC number linked to the account is not mine. Someone reported and said the IC number is theirs.
I raised an issue bcoz afaik that's mine. I give my proof of IC number. Their reply - cannot change the IC number with another? and account will be proceeded for deletion.

I raised another issue as I don't want to change IC number, but enquire for account deletion and because someone reported me using their IC number and I also said want to lodge for formal complaint. Fast forward, today they reply my account is not linked to any IC number? That's just it, hence no deletion.

Anyone having similar experience? I know my account will not be deleted but still, a bit worried 😟 coz it is IC number and bcoz someone reported it n I give my IC photo to customer service.

Ps. Afair i use shopee pay and only put my IC number (no eKYC) and I got ~RM250 of Shopee coins recently from buying.

Hi, hope I post in the right thread.

1. Wanna ask if anyone has experience in buying imported phone from CocooShop on Shopee? [shopee.com.my/cocoa.my] Rating is quite good at 4.9.
2. So, if can, is there any extra procedure that I need to do. I read something about SIRIM? Or, can I just buy and wait for it to deliver?
3. Plan to buy global rom, for those who buy it, any problems using it in Malaysia?
4. Malaysia's 5g use 28/78 band right, so if I chose imported phone with these band, am I safe?

I don't have any experience in buying imported set before so a little bit worried. Don't want to fall to scam. Thanks for helping me.
