As per title, thinking of quit. What you think. With the effort and salary being offered. What point you work 7 days a week, with all the proposal from few head, yet say i cant help much behind, but almost every task pass to them will ask me to do. Boss buy the idea, they get the credit, boss dont buy the idea, they say im the one preparing. All this happen because im new & low level in company.

Recently book a car from direct owner, after paying booking and signed on a mutual sales agreement which i draft my own. This seller seem dont want to sell off his car after a week. The agreement stated clearly need to pay back double if breach the contract. But will it take effect since i draft my own? I had ready my cash, but owner never bother to reply my call/whatapp

SAMAN SCAM

Yesterday receive letter for not clearing saman. All the time have been login Myeg to check saman. So today when i check again, 4 Saman from 2016 appear. Surprisingly, 2 speeding, 90/ 100++ km, 1 traffic obey, where my car parking at not parking lot. 1 traffic light offend, where the photo only show traffic light and cant even see the car clearly.

I feel this is totally unreasonable, now even want to find evidence to fight back also hard because 4 years back. Advise how now

I need some advise. All the while I am Self-employed, the income is not stable hence my savings is very low and also come with debt that need to pay monthly. My previously lifestyle also bring in monthly commitment. Around RM 1.5k

Now I working under a developer company as marketing exec. Day by day I started to get boring working 9-6. Although the salary wont make die, but it wont make me rich as well. Every month after settling my payment and living I left none. I start to doubt should my life continue like this.

1 month ago, i joined property agent as part time. Everyday after work, i will use my time for sales, doing calling, meeting and so on. Each day i only get to rest 5-6 hours 365 days. I see a lot of agent are making good money. The time i put in is lesser compare to other agent, I hardly get into their training program due to work. Less interaction with the team as well. until now i haven't see any result yet.

The question is, should I continue my job, take property agent as part time
or
Quit my job, join as full time
or
Just focus my job, quit part time
