I admit to the motorcyclist its my fault and i am willing to take responsibility of it but i am pretty sure i didnt hit him. He took pic of my road tax and claim that he will decide to report police or not. I did give him my phone number as well. <br />Can anyone suggest me what to do now? If he report to police, will i get notified by police to claim my insurance? but he didnt hurt nor his motor, can he still claim my insurance then? I am also worry i might get blackmail to pay for repair fees because he looks like working in a car repair workshop and he might have some ways to con me.
