Building own DIY house -need Permit/Licience ?

HI Everyone,

Recently i plan to build my own house at my land. There's few issues happening.

1) The Land is 1928 years land. Catergory Land = TIADA (not bangunan,pertanian, industy) Masjlis zoning...Industry

2) Do we need request for permit to build own house? i heard Catergory pertanian no need.

3) As im building own house with low budget.. if need approval roughly cost how much and the procedure.. IF i continue to build it without approval whats next.

BEWARE of MAS Airlines Book Now, Pay Later!

HI ALL,

MAS AIRLINE CHARGED MY HOLDING FEES AS PAYMENT/ SERVICE PAYMENT and its non refundable/NOT A DEPOSIT although i Paid full fare for my plane!!!

Lets say my air ticket is RM1000 after paying book now,pay later of Rm150 so call #holding fees# you still have the pay the ticket price of RM 1000 which totally Rm1150!

Its Not a DEPOSIT, ITS A SERVICE CHARGE!

**Book Now, Pay Later fee is strictly non-refundable, non- transferable between flights or person, and non-exchangeable.

I have Total of Rm300 holding fees caught by them on this so call holding fees. which not stated clearly as a SERVICE CHARGES in their booking process.

Please advice who should i file a complaint as MAS AIRLINES Insisted ITS fees, NOT DEPOSIT.
