Hi, guys,

I'm 25 year-old and would like to begin investing in stock.

I have absolutely zero ideas. I only know "buy low sell high", "don't bother with penny stock", "stock split", "day trader".

I think Im going to be a day trader.

What account do I need?
What procedure should I follow?
CDS?
Best brokerage rate from established firm?
How to trade on international market?
What is the safest way to trade on international market?
Let's say a stock is now priced at RM5.00. Does that mean I can buy a single unit of that stock at a price of RM5? Or must I buy in bulk?
What is the best mobile app-based trading platform?
Maybank, CIMB, bla bla bla, all offers stock trading services and you can find their apps as well on IOS/PLAYSTORE?

What what and what?

Am I dreaming thinking I can buy few tens of unit of MAYBANK STOCK with RM500?

Any veteran care to share their experience?

Flat concrete ceiling leaking

It has been almost 3 months. My flat is a normal flat, the ceiling starts dripping water. I called the owner above for many times already. No response no call back to me. Ignore my whatsapp messages. I go bang the door. It's his tenant. I talked to him and manage to get a sifu inside to do some repairing. Water drips still. Already cost me RM600. The flat management every month charged me RM50 and now they say it's none of their business. I am really scared at the idea of paying RM5K all by myself just to fix a problem originating from his unit. I might as well go kill and rob people already. I might as well drive a car into a crowd full of people. WTF, I have to pay RM5K all by myself to fix his broke ass unit? I don't even make 5K a month, I can't even save 1K a month and I have to pay RM5K? I just assuming it will cost RM5K. You tell me, what should I do? Sue him? Could you mail me the money and contact of lawyer so I can sue his ass?

Can I serve eviction under this circumstance?

I wanted to serve eviction notice to my current tenant but he didn't owe me any rent. But he tolak deposit for previous month rent and now play pattern refuse to pay back the deposit. He seems ok to pay this month rent as usual. But I just refuse to deal with this kind of people. He claims that there are leaking in my unit but never bother ask me to come. Takkan I tiap tiap hari tanya dia bila boleh biar saya masuk tengok.

I rented my property to him without signing any agreement. It's not to avoid income tax as the rent is quite cheap, below 500. It's just that we never deal with this kind of thing before. The previous tenant was there for a long long time.

When I wasapp him, he would jawab bukan-bukan and as for the actual question, he would just ignore me. Call tak mau jawab.

Can I serve him eviction notice under this kind of circumstance? He said masih ada one month deposit so it's fine if he pays only the rent. He said in wasapp that he would pay back the deposit.

Really? I have no choice but to wait until he actually hutang me rent baru can serve eviction notice? It just really stressful dealing with this kind of people.

I tried google it but couldnt get anything relevant

How goes this if there is no tenancy agreement?

If me and my tenant did not sign any tenancy contract, does that mean I can the police if the tenant jadi kaki busuk?

Of course there are receipts for paying the rent, but the word "rent" is never used. Just tenant name and the building name (no house number too mentioned too).

In that sense, does that mean I am free from the cycle of tenant can stays for months even if refuse pay rent cause I have to get a court order and instead I can call the police and accuse the tenant of staying in my property illegally?

Tenant wishes to pay rent with deposit

My tenant said his car is stolen, therefore asked to pay this month's rent with deposit money. The thing is, he only tell me about this when I asked him about the rent, he is supposed to pay on every 10th. He now pays on every 20th and today is 23rd.

Can I call the polis and asked if a certain car with plate number bla bla is stolen so that I can verify if he is telling the truth. My face is so numbed now because of the stress.
