What to do before selling off 2nd hand Samsung Tab

Ello.
I wanted to sell off a Samsung Tab that I'd just bought few weeks back, I cant adapt to Android Tablet.
Would like to know how to ensure that the buyer will continue to entitle the warranty if I proceed to Factory Reset the device?

I do not plan to disclose my receipt details with the buyer, as it has all my addresses and contacts in the receipt.

Seek Advice - developer doesn't fix my defect

Hi, I had a unit filed for defect fixes, but the developer keep giving excuses and no progress at all. I only have 6 mths warranty but it has been 2 months gone without progress. Is there a department that I can file a complain? and whether i should request additional months of warranty since it's been dragged by the developer end?

How to check on the wiring cables in new prop?

I'd just gotten new keys for my new house and been doing defect check currently. It's a bare unit, and hence there're lots of wiring attached to walls to ceiling.
Is there a way for me to check if the wiring are looking good? I plan to check before engaging wireman for the lamps and fans installation.
