Suggestion for Condo Unit

HI all,

I currently in the market for a condo.

Im looking for a condo with criteria below.

room: Min 2 rooms
Location: Nearby to KL and not too suburb area ( i.e. no Cyberjaya, Putrajaya)
Amenities: Preferably nearby LRT or MRT. Good highway link would be good
Price: RM500K

Background:

Im planning to get a unit by mid 2018. Im looking for a condo which is family friendly (no kids yet).
Also im planning for own stay for around 5 years then rent it out so need to be easy to be rent out.

What I have in my mind is Mahogany Park and Centrestage PJ.

Please help me to suggest few more properties.

I was wondering if there is any bus nearby that she can take to go to nearest KTM because she needs to take the train to Klang.

Hi all,

I am looking for apartment preferable at least 2 bedroom and near to LRT,MRT or monorail and preferably freehold.

Possibly as close as possible to KL City Centre.

Budget is RM 400 000. cannot more coz want to get skim rumah pertamaku.

I saw few at Jln Ipoh. intrigued at Menara Megah @ jalan Ipoh.

Is Menara Megah a good area?

hey guys,

I am a fresh grad planning to get new Myvi but confused bout the Myvi?

Recently Perodua came out with Myvi SE. As far as I can see, the only extra are body kit when compared to normal car.

1. Can anyone tell me why is the SE is better than normal Myvi.

2. I am planning to use this car for long distance and same time city driving. I know it is excellent in city driving but how bout long distance. Is the 1.3 enough to go through east -west highway(KL to Terengganu)

3. If not what are the problems with it for long distance driving?

4. What is the normal interest rate for loan for fresh grad like me?

5. How long is Perodua warranty and what does it cover?

If you must know, I am contemplating either Myvi or Saga FLX 1.6 but many of my frens said, Saga is not good for city driving and have quality issues.

Yesterday i got into fight with my gf.(she told my friend stuff she shouldn't so my good friend not talking to me)

I kinda got angry and lashed out by saying "OMG, you dont have common sense is it".

So she got upset and left bowling with her friends.(she did say sorry).

Then after coaxing her and calm her down, we start talking bout bowling.

Then she told me that she went bowling coz this one guy, always say nice things bout her and she knows he is flirting with her.

Hi there

I'm gonna start working soon. My salary is 4000 not including allowance or what so ever

I want to buy my dad a good car and I take over his wira for travelling to work

I don't want local cars and Koreans cars

Criteria I look in the car

- good long distance drive
- good fuel economy
- comfortable
- good resale value

Can be brand new or secondhand

I dunno how much my budget should be but I estimate 90 000.(down payment of 20 000)

Honda city
Toyota vios
Toyota avanza
Honda civic
Nissan almera

difference in salary in Chinese run company

The other day my friend told me a story.

He is working in a company with reasonable amount of chinese. He is an indian. He has been working there for almost 3 years

He recently found out that, his chinese collegues who started same as he are getting higher increment and bonuses than him. The company has no merit based reward in the contract.

He claimed that he does the equal amount of work compared to the chinese employees. This I cannot justify as those are his words.

So being unsatisfied with the company, he found another job with better pay. Somehow the General Manager knew about this and offered higher pay in order to compel him to stay in the company. He asked my advice if he should stay in the company or not.

This is not the first case that I heard off.

Some of my non chinese friends who works in chinese run company do complain the same thing. I always assumed that they perform less their chinese colleague and thus the lower pay. But when threaten to leave the company, they will be compelled with higher pay rise to stay in the company.

I was wondering if these cases are common in malaysia or is it only common to my eyes.
