I want to learn how to make a software like RPG Ma

Hi. New member here. I have zero knowledge and skills in programming, software engineering and computer science. But I would like to learn those. Because I really wanna make 2d top-down RPG creation software like RPG Maker VX Ace and RPG Maker MV. I want the software that I wanna make to be of capability of at least said RPG Maker, to be able to make games like classic Final Fantasy, Breath of Fire and Suikoden and Chrono Trigger. Now why do I wanna do this.

First. I'm passionate about 2D top down RPG's/JRPG. But I have transcended my passion into that I wanna make at least one game which was made via my own 2d RPG engine.

Second. I want to make Malaysia stronger. Who knows when I'm making this software more friends will join and help me out and thus create our own global game-making internet and physical hubs by Malaysia and for Malaysia.

Third. I'm interested in programming and software engineering. Like I said, I have zero knowledge and skills at it. But I found the interaction, effection and reliance among numbers, letters, syntaxes, characters, symbols to be really fascinating and engaging.

Fourth. I wanna be a game developer and designer. This might far-fetched but I'd like to include it in my future plans.

I have time, patience and determination to learn.

Perhaps I googled my question wrongly that's why I ended up here.

But please elders and codemasters, help me out, point me to the right direction, give me guidance and step-by-step on how to achieve this. The more elaborated the better.
