Dear all,

Need your advise on this.

Now I am selling my condo.
Solicitor request the receipt of legal fee I buy the condo ,for the process to pay the Real Property Gain Tax.

But my legal fee is included in the home loan, I remembered I didn't receive the receipt from lawyer.
Who will keep the receipt ? Bank or the lawyer? who should I request for ? is it troublesome to get it?
I only managed to provide the copy of S&P which stated the legal fee with the amount but the solicitor still ask for the receipt.

Any other supporting documents can do instead of receipt of legal fee?

MANY THANKS!
