Heard from google review the one in Pavillion KL is closed. I have a ticket from Kl to London in 2020 which I cannot travel due to covid19. I need to check if I can claim for next year travel. Any body have the experience how to claim.

Now I am ok to travel.

Anybody here sold their landed house subsale in Bangi/Kajang area lately. Did you get full MV or need to discount.

I am thinking about selling mine. Its a corner lot but the agent I contacted proposed low selling price. Mine freehold international yet the agent propose just about 700k. I Bought the unit 7 years ago at 630 k and have spend about 200 k for renovation.
I am expecting 850 k at least.

Any sifu or agent can advise is the market at Bangi area quite depress now.

Any body buying bungalow lot at Batang Benar. I see price is still cheaper than Bangi area.

Is this area good, I am thinking having a kampung bungalow at this area for my retirement 6 yrs time.

Hi folks, I plan to travel to Semenyih this weekend to see my family. I'm comin from Plus Highway Seremban and exit Bdr Seri Putra, they trapped there since start of school holiday. I got essential service letter, nonetheless would like to avoid police road block.

Any body staying in Semenyih/Bangi Lama area can list where is the police road block there.

Uncle drive Tiguan up Genting. Wow handle very well, now thinking need to buy one soon . Test drove last year but was hesitant to trade in my 7 year old Accord now maybe time for me. Any Tiguan owner here can share regret or not purchased this SUV. My wife suka CRV but look turn me off.

I plan to drive to Singapore during this November school holidays and looking to stay for a night at budget hotel with ample parking, got to know those budget hotel like Fragrance Hotel lack parking space. Can anybody here recommend where you stay if you driving to Singapore.
