            <description>Is there other course title for Sport Science? etc. Sport Development.. I tried google-ing but it makes me more confuse..&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;m kinda lost when I tried to search in Malaysia, different college/uni seem to be using different title and is rare... This is the first bill I get with this Pelarasan Debit after using for about a year...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hope to share... Thx in advance.</description>

            <title>Using MSN in Vista Home Premium</title>

            <description>Hi, I&amp;#39;m new to Vista.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;m having problem logging in Windows Live Messenger.. &lt;br /&gt;I tried Version 7.0 , 7.5 , 8.1 and 8.5&lt;br /&gt;But in some older version like 7.5 or below, it forced me to upgrade my MSN when I tried to click Sign In. For new version, after I clicked Sign In and it stuck there. Then it came out an Error Code : 81000306&lt;br /&gt;I tried Troubleshoot it, everything is ticked except for IE&amp;#39;s Offline Setting and Wireless..&lt;br /&gt;I succesfully loged in ONCE using v8.1 but after restart my comp, the same problem occur.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here&amp;#39;s my system information:&lt;br /&gt;Manufacturer: Hewlett-Packard&lt;br /&gt;Rating: 5.0 Window Experience Index&lt;br /&gt;Precessor : AMD Athlon&amp;#153; 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4600+  2.40GHz&lt;br /&gt;Memory (RAM): 2047 MB&lt;br /&gt;System Type: 32-big Operation System&lt;br /&gt;Motherboard: Biostar TA770 A2+&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;[Edit] I&amp;#39;m using a router.             <title>A little Tips here?</title>

            <description>Hi, I&amp;#39;m new here. Currently I&amp;#39;m a student and you-know-what freak gamer. More than 50% of my time is spent in front of my monitor...&lt;br /&gt;I never done any serious workout and all I did is a little swimming at my condominium to enjoy my free time. I&amp;#39;m around 80kg, 170height and 19yo, I suppose I&amp;#39;m already overweight.  &lt;!--emo&amp;:(--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;So I decided to change my life for good. Basically I&amp;#39;m interested in building up my pectoral and bicep muscle while getting my belly smaller. I came from a below-average family thus I can&amp;#39;t effort to join a gym... &lt;br /&gt;My primary objective is toning my body as also to prevent some health illness, strength will be the last priority. I got a weird taste.. I don&amp;#39;t want to be skinny/ripped muscled but noticeable muscle plus some fat... &lt;!--emo&amp;:blink:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/blink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='blink.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; I might reconsider it to become a full bodybuilder.. Yet I&amp;#39;m not so sure about this as I saw some bodybuilder, they are maybe too huge for my imagination and the muscle looks a bit scary[No Offense&amp;#33;&amp;#33;] as my surrounding friends always says &amp;quot;Urgh... Disgusting...&amp;quot; and also it cost for the nutrients.. I wonder is it a good choice... &lt;br /&gt;My food intake is quite high I could eat 3 bowls of rice even without doing any tiring activity, the problem I&amp;#39;m facing now is that I got gastric ever since I was a kid.. If I miss a meal or too little food, I&amp;#39;ll definitely soon or later get gastric.. So is there&amp;#39;s any suggestion for my food intake? I&amp;#39;m a student and I rented a room so I can&amp;#39;t cook. Any basic workout equipment to get? Hope it comes in a reasonable price... While which workout suit me best as a beginner?  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hope to share together... Thanks in advance&amp;#33;&amp;#33;</description>
