Window hang

Any gentleman and lazy outside there, i really hope you all can help me on the problem that i faced... all your effort i appreciate it... thanks....

this is the problem that i faced:
When i open up My Computer, then go into the movie folder which contain all the movie that i keep it, in the folder there is movie with extension .avi, .mpg, .rmb, etc. Everytime when i click on the AVI file then the particular window will hang there... after sometime, Dr.Watson debugger will pop out... Dr.Watson say that there was a error encounter, ask me whether to send the the report or not. at first i tot is the window got problem, but after i format the window it also come back with the same problem.

So i hope any gentlemen or lazy can help me to solve the problem... Thanks...
