Hey Guys,

May i check with English guru here , Could you please enlighten which is correct sentence

a. The garden have full plants, its ready to be harvest.
b. The garden have full plants, its ready to be harvested.

May i know which is correct, after "to be" should it be basic form of verb or past tense verb ?

I try to google, and couldn't find me answer, could someone please let me know the related keyword or topic for this info?

May i check whether part time tutor suppose to have medical leave or unpaid leave ? My sister tuition centre has a tutor always absence, and sometimes under MC , sometimes personal reason....how could she tackle it ?

she started work there since April last year, she is not confirm yet, did she deserve leave or MC ?
