Maxis problem

So here,

I'm using maxis fibre in my shop and 1 week ago the Internet just got dc like that.

Today the tech came and check that the cable from the distribution point which is 3 shops away to the junction box outside my shop is having problem. The cable is underground..

Now they want to charge me Rm5xx to pull the cable which passed thru my neighbour shop.

Should I proceed or am I being trapped.?

As I know anything outside my shop is replaced by them for free.

How often u get complain by unit below you?

Those staying in high rise, how often u get complain from below to keep quiet.

Especially those have 2 to 3 children.

I realise staying high rise always got issue.
Complain here and there.

Manage another condo always same.

Got approval from management to do reno, neighbours complain too loud.

Got renovation do soft soft no sound 1?

Everything also want to complain.

How to be a tough management?
Cant ppl stay harmony?

High Rise kids running

Hi,

I just move in to a apartment.

Now I going to crazy.

Everyday and hour the unit above me, kids will running, jumping, dropping things from am to 11pm. This unit got 4 kids. Playing piano, watching TV.

I talk to them, they said kids running and all this is normal.

Complain management also no use. As I start work early at 5am,i need to go to bed by 8pm.

What can I do?

Hi peeps,

Me used to rent house and stay, alot carpark.

Now me kena hit and only can afford staying at walk up apartment.

Me nvr stay apartment before. In apartment here, got main carpark and side carpark.
Main carpark = walk down from apartment straight can masuk car
Side carpark=sidewalk and further away

I see many people using cone, flowerpot, booking main carpark.
Even no carpark sticker also parking main carpark.
Side carpark sticker oso parking main carpark.

At the end I pay main carpark fee but have to parking side.

Now comes my turn.

I parking little bit out of line,someone immediately complain guard call me to repark.

So this few weeks I stay home coz of emco. I noticing most car also park touching the line, but guard tak kisah oso. And that fella complain me is park worst than me.

Bila cakap management, dia suruh cakap kat guard.
Bila cakap kat guard, guard kata besok.

At the end still same thing happen.

Not to mention management is also quite big name.
But fella working for management is macam dengki kat I.

Chairman no stay here. So he tak kisah.

Is u all apartment oso macam mine?

What can me do?

Izit muz gosok or belanja them something?

Recently start to have this issue.
Longtv starting to jump out to main screen watching lemlive or lemovie.

Have done a reset, but still same.
