A new unifi account is made under another family member and use until now since he staying there now.<br /><br />So closed streamyx account have some balance money left inside. A notification is sent each month reminding the balance still inside that account.<br /><br />A trip to TM HQ is impossible cause its too far nobody want go there to fix this problem. Can a trip to a normal tmpoint fix this problem and get the money bank into the old streamyx account relative bank account? <br /><br />The problem exist bacause the TM HQ staff messed up the last time they went there to close old streamyx account. So how now?<br /><br />Really have to go again to TM HQ to solve the problem or can go to any TMPoint theres one exactly very near home to solve the problem and ask TM to bank in the money?
