He wanted to move out but there is still 3 months contract remaining. To not forfeit the deposit (2 months), he stopped payment rental in the 3rd last month saying he want it to be offset from deposit. <br /><br />Conversation turns bad and he is now saying not gonna paid anymore. What options do I have? My agent said u can disconnect water and electricity supply. Is that legal? Should I make a police report too before doing so?<br /><br />I have few tenants before but never encounter such bad, unreasonable one.
