Need help on trickling sound on steam games

Hey guys, newbie here.

I am currently having problems with Steam games on my newly bought ASUS TUF FX505DT gaming notebook. After I have installed dota2 I keep having problems with the sound being gibberish / stuttering / distorted while in game, but somehow this problem doesnt persists while watching youtube or playing non-steam games.

I have tried uninstalling / reinstalling the program as well as updating all my driver and uninstalling the nvidia driver (i have nvidia and realtek driver currently installed) but all efforts seems up to no avail.

If somehow theres already a post on this please forgive me. Please help, thanks.
