gaji 10k dsr maybe 10%

so use net saving per year is better to assess affordability

my friend after deduct everything 1 year can save RM40k only (bonus not yet counted)

what house can he afford?

i advise him save 10k, use 30k for house

30k/12 = 2500

2500 = 2300 loan instalment + 200 maintenance fee

2300 = 450k house, interest rate 4.5%, 30 years loan

PUTRAJAYA (June 26): The government will grant a sales and service tax (SST) exemption for certain imported fruits, including apples and oranges, following public feedback regarding prices of local and imported fruits, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said.

He said although the government wants to encourage the public to prioritise local fruits such as guava, rambutan, and durian, the tax exemption on these two main imported fruits is being implemented to ensure that low-income groups can still afford healthy food options.

“Yesterday (Wednesday, June 25), during the Cabinet meeting, we heard the concerns of the people — some still want to eat apples and oranges because they’re more affordable.

my friend plan to get married, buy a house and have 2 childs after married

he has no idea about the cost of raising a child so he scares he buys a house that he cannot afford

he heard people said 1 mil is needed to raise a child

he surveyed about the cost of raising a child however he getting confused because the cost range he was told is big

so he plan to rent a fully furnished house and see how much is the costs of raising his childs before buying a house

but his gf feels insecure with renting and wants him to buy a house before get married.....

some employees taking emergency leave unpaid leave (suka suka emergency, annual leave habis guna so apply unpaid leave) like no tomorrow causing operational distruption

those staff who have good attendance fed up to back up them

fire them is illegal
deduct salary also cannot

for new hiring, can company comes out salary package like

salary RM1700
if no unpaid leave or MC will pay incentive RM3300

for those existing staff, can offer them new package, if dont take up new offer forever no increment? is it legal?
