            <title>Different between Handbook and LOE</title>

            <description>Hi Guys, I was currently serving notice period. According to my COE, i was required to serve 2-month notice. But under company handbook, my level and title was under 1-month notice period category. Hence, would like to check if I can follow company handbook to only serve 1-month notice, instead of 2-month under my COE ?</description>

            <title>Force Annual Leave</title>

            <description>Hi Guyss,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I’m currently service noticed period and my early release application was rejected. So just serve 2-month noticed period as required. My company are having activities tomorrow and as I’m serving notice, I’m not invited. Hence my manager asking me to take AL on the event day, despite I highlighted my intention to not taking leave, but there is no room for nego ( he said ). I did called JTK for consultation and they mentioned I can launch the report to JTK pertaining to this, but as I still require to serve notice until May. There is the risk that my co would do whatever they could to mentally torture me for launching the case, and JTK got no any act or whatever that could protect employees from being mental torture.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Would like to get advise from you all, if there is any better way for my case. Thanks in advance ya.</description>

            <title>Report a illegal Forex company</title>

            <description>Hi all, i recently just discover a company that is illegal whereby they all trading forex, however, they register a SSM name under a different name of it original company. Thus i would like to ask am I able to complaine such company even they did not involve in trading forex with local Malaysian, but they are actually set up a company here to contact foreigner to invest in forex. If yes, what will happend to the employee inside work for them both foreigner and local Malaysian, and what&amp;#39;s the consequenses of the company. If not, what can I do to prevent the company keep cheating others and recruit new employee as the employee might not they are involve in illegal indrustry or job. Thanks all. Please help.</description>
