It's from an unknown number. And I never ordered anything from anywhere as far as i can remember. A scam?

Condo management hasn't returned my move-in deposi

So I moved into this condo which asks for a move-in deposit before we move-in. It was RM 300. I transferred the amount about 3 days before our move-in date which was on April 6th, 2019.

Now the management said it takes 3 months to return your deposit (cheque. not cash, not transfer back). I got mine, but needed to reissue because the bank didn't accept.

Now I asked reissuance on June 27th, 2019. I have been following up a lot and until now I still haven't received. They do reply in my emails, but I always get "cheque is being prepared" bla bla.

I just need advice in case they still won't be able to give me the cheque, where can I escalate this?

I am bestfriend with girl and we both play MMO together almost everyday and I noticed she's being close to this other player. Like, eerily close. I asked her what her relationship with "them" is (used them because im not sure of the gender) she said, something like bf/gf, and they are flirty with each other as well (i know because i can read in game chat) etc. Should I tell girls' bf? Is it cheating? They don't communicate outside of the game. And girl still loves her bf so much. Not sure if I should intervene but I feel kinda bad with girl's bf.

I semi want advice because this is my situation right now

GPU suddenly shuts down fans would ramp up to 100%

Hi!

I'm not sure if this has been posted before, but I am currently experiencing a sudden shutdown of my GPU, screen would go black and fans (GPU) would go full throttle. The only way to get the screen back is to force restart my PC.

I tried benchmarking (using Heaven) my GPU on extreme settings, temps would never go over 60 C but the shutdown would happen.

Also, keep in mind that I'm not really playing overly demanding games. FFXIV is my main game right now, and I even wen to the lowest settings as possible, but the shutdown would still happen. I've had my PC 2 months ago, and it was still working fine.

A bit of research in the internet the following are possible:

1. Cable from GPU to PSU not securely plugged
2. PSU can't keep up with GPU power consumption
3. MOBO problems
4. A spike on GPU temp that leads to the shut down. This can be caused by GPU not properly cooled (might be cheap thermal paste)

In my case, I don't believe possibility 1-3 since I made sure the cables are secure, my PSU is new, my MOBO seems alright - which all brings down to possibility #4.

I opened up my GPU and see the thermal paste is indeed kind of a mess(picture attached), and I have yet to buy and replace the one that is currently on the GPU.

For now, if anyone has experienced the same issue, what measures did you do?
