Story is like this, just now I do speed test and get under 5Mb result. Then I call TM unifi ask why line so selow one, already restart everything from modem all the way to pc.

Then this fella on the phone said my modem is connected to over 20 devices at same time, I was like wtf router there check devices ip only got my TV ~~75inch~~, pc and 2 mobile phone total not even 5 device... how come can get over 20 devices from their side?

can they really check how many devices connected to my router or modem from their side? feel like this fella just trying to bluff her way out only.

but after I call second time and request their side reset my line is back above 100Mb lah.. still slow but usable lah.

sorri ayam buta IT. someone /k bijaksana enlighten me please.

UiTM students stranded at KLIA?

So I've heard on the day movement restriction were announced, UiTM has told their students to return home and must empty their dormitory.

Cutting the story short, some students had purchased their flight ticket back to their own hometown from the day before but this morning all flights were cancelled throughout the days and the campus management didn't let them return to the campus.

Anyone working there can help verify or has there anyone here with relatives involved with the issue?
If true this is a serious issue of responsibility.
