Was promised refund but didn't get, what can I do?

Hi, few weeks ago I bought a PC from Carousell.

The seller initially sold me the desktop, saying its in great condition.

1 day later, when I receive item and test it, I found out have defect.

The seller promised and agreed to RM150 refund, but only after he receive money from Carousell Protection (tbh my fault also for pressing "Item Received", shouldn't have pressed it and let it expire on its own).

Three days later, seller obtained money from Carousell, then blocked me on Carousell, WhatsApp, phone number, and so on. Seller is completely unreachable.

However, he is still active because he still changes his profile picture, uploads new product and so on. 3 weeks later, still no refund.

I know where the seller live, and is actually quite near.

Anything I should do before I go directly to his house, ketuk pintu and find him?

Carousell Protection refund button broken

I bought one thing from Carousell and try to refund. The seller offered a refund too. But when I try to "accept resolution", the application show "Internal Server Error".

Tried both on Android & iOS, across multiple versions of Carousell (beta, non-beta) but still didn't work.

Tried contacting Carousell Support and asked them to help me manually press the broken "accept resolution" button, but they don't have a phone number, and I've been waiting for 5 days for a non-copy paste response.

Anyone experienced the same issue? How do you resolve it?

- Motherboard should support DDR3 RAM (if processor is ^ then definitely support)
- Custom rig (not prebuilt, unless you swapped out the mobo and power supply)
- Don't need HDD, GPU, screen, mouse and so on. All have own, just need the tower, once put own SSD, can boot, is enough.
