No Audio - Realtek Audio manager not loading

Hi All

I have PC with AMD Phenom II X4 945 Processor 3.00 GHz.
16.0 GB RAM
Windows 10 64bit Version 1903 - (reinstalled today 28 Aug 2019)

Audio card is Realtek HD Audio integrated on motherboard.

I use various audio apps inc DAW, Guitar Rig 5 Pro (freestanding) and Video editing suite alongside usual Media Player and streaming from internet.

Using fairly good quality headphones.

I have no audio out. Have checked all hardware cable connections no physical faults. Tried Headphones on separate device - working fine. Have tried front and back jack sockets.

Reinstalled Driver from Realtek - No Joy.

Ran Windows 10 repair install still nothing.

When playing any audio all level meters show that there is a file actually playing - just no sound out put.

Before this issue the audio manager opened when plugging in mic/line in or headphones. This no longer happens. Tracked the Audio Manager .exe file down in Programmes and it will not open.

Has anyone got any ideas I can try.

Thanks in advance

Regards

Chris
