Functional Message Modelling tool, which helps the development and implementation of electronic message exchange.

Requirements:
Must have:
University Diploma (Bachelor or preferred Master) Computer Science or Mathematics
2 years minimum of Java Programming Experience
Knowledge of Eclipse
Knowledge of Maven , Nexus, Git, Jenkins or bamboo build server
Knowledge of Continuous Integration and continuous Delivery (CI & CD)
Good knowledge of XML, XSD, JAXB, JAXP, W3C Document
UML diagrams
SQL and DB knowledge, preferable MS-SQL, MariaDB and /or Oracle DB

Leave Payout Calculations

Hi all,

Any lawyers/forum members here that could help answer a question I have on leave payouts?

Let's assume I have 50 days of leave and I am only working from Monday to Friday weekly, why does my company claim the way labour law calculates the leave payouts based on (X / 26 days * monthly salary)?
The 26 days should be a value of minus 4 Sundays in the month but since I am only working for 5 days, shouldn't it be - 4 Sundays - 4 Saturdays = 22 days ?
