Can anyone recommend cheap grocery or supermarket in kl area? And are there any other groceries similar to cold storage (imported stuffs) but cheaper?

Those who have used the Grafen root booster/hair fall shampoo. Does it really work? Also, does your hair goes back falling once you have change or stop using the shampoo?

Is lump in the "area" a normal thing?

Hey people, I'm new here so hopefully I'm posting this in a suitable forum. Recently I've noticed a small lump in my "vag" and weirdly, it doesn't hurt. Thing is I'm still scared and been googling this stuff frequently. Have any of you experienced this before and does it go away itself? Meeting a gynecologist need to be my last option cause I'm super embarrassed and also afraid it'll be costly.

I do also wanna ask, do y'all see gynecologist on regular basis or is it just a one time thing? Please suggest an affordable one if y'all heard of any.
