Hey guys, I can't seems to be able to connect to steam for some reason.
Can't connect to my steam app and also cannot access the steam web page.
This page showed up when I tried to access the web page. Any clue why?
I have correct my PC times and dates but the problem still there.

Want to start a homestay

Hye guys.

I have an empty apartment at Residensi Bistaria, Ukay Perdana and I decided to make a homestay or Airbnb.
I want to know if it is a good idea to make homestay?

Firstly, is it a good location to make a homestay? I know location is a key point for a homestay success.

My apartment is a 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom house.
Regarding the stuff in the house, it is fill with most of household stuff. Also got washer, dryer, refrigerator, ironing board, tv, aircond in every room and also living room.
The house has been heavily renovated and the house looks good, maybe can say look a bit like hotel.
The apartment also got swimming pool, good security and also there's designated parking spot.
Also I cant find any other homestay online at that apartment. Made me afraid it might not get any customer.

Can I find success making a homestay at this apartment? Appreciate if you can help me on this.

Overwork

Hye, I want to share work experience my friend currently facing.

He is currently working on a year contract as a customer service here in KL. At first he was assigned to the call team. He struggled during first month of his work. But alas, he finally get good at it. He receive compliment and good feedback from the customer.
Looking at his good performance, the company decided to move him to email team. Noted that he didn't receive any pay rise from that.
The email work is harder than call because you were expected to complete certain amount of cases each day. Compare to call which you only had to work the amount of call you received that day which were considerably a lot less than email. And with call, its possible to settle the case on the phone without any email follow up.
He was reluctant to move to email team, considering he was already comfortable and doing a good work with the call team. But the company kinda force him to do so. Left to no choice, he moved to email team.

Here come the problem, after months of working on email, he still find it hard to cope with the workload of the email team. He once ask to move back to call team but were rejected. The company also threaten to fire anyone who didn't meet their expectation of case completed each day. Also noted that it must be a new case, not old case where the customer reply. Lets say the company set target of 75 case a day, that's mean he need to answer to 75 new case a day to meet their target. Not counting the old case which he need to reply.
Everyday, during office hours, he will do new cases to meet their expected target. Then only after office hours he can do all the old cases which stay in his own backlog. The company didn't even pay OT in this case. It was very tiring and also effecting his personal life and most importantly his health. He didn't have a lot of free time. Even if he go back home on time, he still need to think of the backlog that need to finish. Sometimes he will go to office during off day to finish all his backlog.

It get worse recently, maybe because there's a big issue is going on. The company decide to manually assign 100+ cases to everybody. Which is a crazy number. The maximum cases that he done in a day during his time at email team was 90+. But that is not always happened. He complained that he does not have time to finish all the assigned cases. Each day 100+ cases was assigned, even when yesterday cases is not completed. That's not even counting the backlog he will have answering all that new cases.

I'm really worried about his health. mentally and physically. He clearly didn't have time for himself anymore. Always thinking about work. Even during off day need to do works. I really don't know what to do. I need your advice on this. Do company even allowed to do such things? They really expect their employee do crazy amount of work out of their capability. No OT. No pay rise. Rejected when ask to go back to call team. 🙁

Android apps to Develop

I want your suggestion on what android app should I develop to Wow the recruiter. I have made simple apps before, but I don't think its good enough.

How to get my document validated

Hey. Don't know where to ask. I need to know where or who can validate my documents. Need to do it for my MARA loan conversion application.
Have tried to go to Pesuruhanjaya Sumpah but MARA decline my documents.
Heard my other friend ask their school principal to do that but I really want to avoid that as I have bad memory at my old school

Clinic to go to check private part problem?

Hye. I have a some 'skin' problem on my private part. I need to seek medical advice on the matter. Which clinic can I go?
Had done some personal research and it may seem not to be too serious. Is normal clinic ok or not?
