Hi all SAMM buyers and potential buyers.
I would like to gather some feedbacks on your pov of SAMM's purchase.
1) Main reason of getting SAMM
2) What's long term plan? Keep or sell?
3) Getting as a secondary property?

Please be reminded that there is a selling clause. Even after 5 years, you need to get permission to sell, the buyer needs to be in 15k cap salary of harga pasaran is below 300k. If above 300k no salary cap. But all the process need to go through LPHS.

Hi guys. Need your feedback on this. I’m in the midst of getting my first home. This unit is still under development, however this unit is been released after previous buyer unable to sustain the unit due to financial problems. Question is how long the HOC application transfer takes from previous buyer name to my name? Anyone faced this situation before? Appreciate your feedback. Tqvm in advance.
