For my first house I don’t really remmber how it work.
It just between me, developer, lawyer and bank. This time I want to buy another house sec-onwer, but she ask for 6mths of my personal bank statement….

Do I really need to hand on to her? I feel pranoid though and very uncomfortable. All my money in, out, transactions.. will be view by some random people.

Do I have any other solution? I mean the purpose just to get the loan approval is it? Etheir my loan will get approve or not.

China built a lab to study SARS and Ebola in Wuhan - and US biosafety experts warned in 2017 that a virus could 'escape' the facility that's become key in fighting the outbreak

The Wuhan National Biosafety Laboratory is the only lab in China designated for studying dangerous pathogens like SARS and Ebola

Ahead of its January 2018 opening, biosafety experts and scientists from the US expressed concerns that a virus could escape the lab

In 2004, a SARS virus 'leaked' from a lab in Beijing

Experts say the coronavirus that's infected more than 800 people mutated in animals and became capable of infecting humans at the Wuhan seafood market

But a 2017 article warned of the unpredictability of lab animals that scientists at the Wuhan lab intended to inject with viruses

Scientists warned in 2017 that a SARS-like virus could escape a lab set up that year in Wuhan, China, to study some of the most dangerous pathogens in the world.

Now, a SARS-like coronavirus has infected more than 800 there, spread to at least 10 other countries and killed 25 in Wuhan and nearby provinces.

China installed the first of a planned five to seven biolabs designed for maximum safety in Wuhan in 2017, for the purpose of studying the most high-risk pathogens, including the Ebola and the SARS viruses.

Tim Trevan, a Maryland biosafety consultant, told Nature that year, when the lab was on the cusp of opening, that he worried that China's culture could make the institute unsafe because 'structures where everyone feels free to speak up and openness of information are important.'

In fact, the SARS virus had 'escaped' multiple times from a lab in Beijing, according to the Nature article.

The Wuhan National Biosafety Laboratory is located about 20 miles away from the Huanan Seafood Market and some have wondered if the outbreak's epicentre is coincidental, but the scientific community currently believes that the virus mutated through and jumped to people through animal-human contact at the market.

But, 'at this point there's no reason to harbour suspicions' that the facility had anything to do with the outbreak, besides being responsible for the crucial genome sequencing that lets doctors diagnose it, Rutgers University microbiologist Dr Richard Ebright told DailyMail.com.

Selain pembelian 14 buah Mercedes Benz sebagai kereta rasmi, barisan exco kerajaan Kelantan juga dikatakan menikmati ‘bonus’ berjumlah RM50,000 setiap seorang.

Sumber berkata, pemberian sejumlah dana itu itu diterima minggu kedua bulan ini, bersekali dengan bonus tambahan yang diterima kakitangan kerajaan negeri.

“Adalah tidak wajar kakitangan negeri mendapat bonus RM1,000 sahaja sedangkan pimpinan negeri membabitkan belasan individu menerima sehingga RM50,000.

"Malah pemberian RM50,000 kepada pimpinan tertingi negeri itu tidak diumumkan sebagaimana pengumuman bonus tambahan, namun orang dalam semua tahu dan agak kecewa.
"Mereka (kerajaan negeri) menguar-uarkan konsep berjimat dalam pentadbiran negeri, sedangkan mereka sendiri menerima bonus RM50,000 seorang," katanya yang enggan namanya disiarkan media ketika ditemui di Kota Bharu, hari ini.

Menurut sumber terbabit, dana tersebut diterima pimpinan negeri termasuk menteri besar dan timbalannya serta barisan exco.

Sementara itu, Timbalan Menteri Besar, Mohd Amar Abdullah ketika ditemui mengesahkan pimpinan kerajaan negeri menerima dana RM50,000 berkenaan.

Bagaimanapun, katanya, wang tersebut bukan bonus sebalik sebagai pemberian khas.

"Ini bukan bonus kerana kita tidak layak menerima bonus sebagaimana kakitangan awam. Ini adalah pemberian khas susulan pencapaian pendapatan kerajaan negeri.

"Malah, duit pemberian khas ini juga tiada kaitan dengan peruntukan khas oleh kerajaan persekutuan sebanyak RM400 juta sebelum ini.

"Ia melibatkan exco dan menteri besar yang menerima pemberian khas ini. Bukannya selalu, cuma tahun ini paling banyak dan tahun depan mungkin tiada," jelasnya.

PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the world's largest professional-services firms, just released its predictions for the most powerful economies in the world by 2030.
The report, titled "The long view: how will the global economic order change by 2050?" ranked 32 countries by their projected global gross domestic product by purchasing power parity.

PPP is used by macroeconomists to determine the economic productivity and standards of living among countries across a certain time period.
