for context. from sarawak here, havent had dominos in a long long time when i was last in semenanjung
they recently open here around 6 months ago

tonight i tried to online order a pizza @ 6.30 PM , it finally arrived at 8.30 pm and the box looked like it had been sat on by the driver
half the pizza was also stuck to the roof of the box when i finally opened it. looks unapetizing af
how/where to complain? i dont feel like i should need to pay for this still

I have maxis 500 mbps package

I don't think its only maxis as my friends who are unifi users also cannot connect to any ubisoft game

Starting today i experience very slow download speed with maxis fibre, I'm located in Kuching Sarawak. I have the 500 mbps package and this is the speed im getting...

Called maxis multiple times only to have their support agents request me to redo and redo speedtest over 20 times.
SMH Maxis
Switched over to maxis from unifi in mid september and so many problems already.
In october fibre line kena cut, took a week to fix.
In November their hardware rosak or something and no internet for 4 days.
Then this month now kena this......
