This is quite a weird request I reckon. I'm 171cm & 57kg, used to swim competitively and have huge back muscles (I can hit 40 diamond pushups in a row and do 10 pullups per set, I think that's probably rather mediocre in comparison with you guys, but it's more than anyone I know personally). However, my front pectorals are extremely tiny — they barely exist. Does anyone know how I can train my chest without enlarging my back muscles? I look like I'm hunch-backed now due to the sheer size of my back muscles in stark contrast with my pecs.

Hello gentlemen, can I ask what clip suspenders—if you are using any—do you use? Bear with me for a second because I know suspenders are quite the rare ordeal, especially in this part of the world. I've seen a couple nice ones at Topman, but I'm not sure what fastening system do their ones employ.

Anyone have suggestions for a comfortable pair of RTW wool/cotton/linen semi-formal trousers that cost around the RM100-RM150 price range? I'm really dissatisfied with wearing my casual Uniqlo chinos for formal occasions.
