Maxis Cheats Again!

tl;dr - [@Maxis] cheats again.

Last year, I first called Maxis to ask regarding their "Refer Friends" (http://www.maxis.com.my/referfriend) campaign, I asked them if I introduce 3 numbers - 1 main line & 2 supplementary lines, will all 3 numbers be eligible for the promo of RM50 each, and Maxis said yes.

2 months after I introduce the 3 numbers, my bill came and i received a deduction of RM25. Upon checking with Maxis, they said that they will pay me RM25 for 6 months.

On the 3rd month (beginning of March), the RM25 rebate stopped. I then realized that Maxis only gave me RM50 for 1 number, and didn't give me RM50 each for another 2 numbers. I then called to check and Maxis told me that they will check and get back to me.

Maxis then called me back and told me that the reason why they didn't give me the rebate for the 2 supplementary lines is because my name wasn't written as introducer. I argued that surely main line and sub-line is the same introducer, she replied stating that my name and number has to be written in every form. I then request for a scanned copy of the form to prove her claim, which she said ok and they will require 3-7 working days. However, they didn't get back to me and i forgot all about it.

On 26/3, upon receiving my new bill, there is still no rebate. I called Maxis again. After complaining and threathening to complain to SKMM, Maxis get back to me stating that only by introducing main line will be eligible for RM50 rebate but not for supplementary line. However, this info contradicts with their earlier info and the info on their website.

They then say out of goodwill for all my hassles, they will rebate me with RM40 for both numbers, meaning only RM20 for each number, trying to undercut RM30 for each number, which I rejected.

I have file a complain to SKMM, hope this serves as a warning towards others.

I wanted to scream and shout, I wanted to release myself from his clutches, I wanted to cry, but all I could do was signal him with an ‘OK’ because more than anything else, I wanted to get back to the boat and to my friends, safe and sound. For the next 40 minutes, he took complete advantage of my silence and my helplessness. His hands found their way to every part of my body but they chose to stop only at a few. They pulled me closer to him, caressed me and violated me. "
And when she finally swam to a boat, a scuba instructor interrogated her.

“Madam, aapne itna time kyon liya? Baaki sab ka toh bees-pachhis minute mein ho gaya” (Why did you take so much time? Others took only 20-25 minutes). " Minutes after, she realized that she had been cut badly during the incident. "My left hand and leg were covered in cuts and bruises. It had been long since I saw that much blood."
You’d expect her to be hysterical, or cold and evasive while making a police call. Instead…

I gathered all the diving instructors, the monster and all my friends saying that I had something important I wanted to talk about. I began by asking each of the instructors to describe how they hold their trainees when underwater. Each of them responded saying that they are taught to guide their trainees either by holding their oxygen tanks or their hands…there was no other form of body contact maintained.

I turned to my instructor, in front of his crew and in front of my friends and asked him why he did what he did to me. I asked him why he touched me and held me inappropriately, I asked him why my dive lasted longer than the others and why I was taken farther away from the boat than anyone else. I asked him again, why he groped me underwater. He trembled, fumbled and said a few words that sounded like ‘sorry’, ‘by mistake’ and ‘loose equipment’.

He then admitted to this act of molestation, and she recorded it all on video.
There are tens of thousands of such stories of girls and women who are molested and even raped by the men they trust. Kavya has what many didn’t, and probably won’t – a bedrock of support, of family and friends.

”My angels were my friends, my parents, my uncle and my friend’s parents. They were the pillows that comforted me and the pillars that stood by me. Without the blink of an eye, they spent day and night in working towards getting that monster the punishment he deserves. They were the sole reason I could pull out of this horrid situation.” In the days after the ordeal, they filed an FIR (Sexual Molestation, IPC 1860, section 354), leading to a Singh serving a 20 day non-bailable sentence. A shocking detail emerged – it has been only 1.5 months since his last molestation attempt, and there had been several unreported cases against him.

His employer, Dreamz Diving, also didn’t care – he joined back after serving his brief jail term, and changed his name.
They took the case ahead , and lodged a formal complaint with the world’s largest diver training and membership organization, (PADI) from where Dhiraj Singh had acquired his certification.

Mr. Dhiraj Singh had his hearing in the court on 16th April, 2015. We are awaiting the final hearing date after which if proven guilty, he will serve a term of up to 3 years in prison. 3 years of imprisonment is a very small punishment for a monster who has permanently scarred the lives of so many girls by taking undue advantage of the silence of their screams underwater.

low water pressure

my water from tangki has low pressure, first i thought maybe it's stuck or jam, but when i see the tangki, it's consider clean and no clogging.

however, the water is only half filled in the tangki, could that be a reason? what is the normal water level in a tangki?
