recently im helping my family to do some refinancing
so i got two offer from HSBC and PB respectively

1.HSBC Full flexi, RM135K, 30 years
Advantage, i can use it as my saving account too, other than montly repayment, i also have my personal saving (RM200,300)
So the interest is only based on how much you owe to the bank (Principle balance- current account balance)
DisadvantageHigh BLR compre to other offer, and monthly fees of RM10.

2.PB Semi flexi, RM135k, 35 years
Advantage,Lowest BLR
DisadvantageAny redraw is minimum RM5000 and RM50 will be charged per redraw.

in delimma now...
but im sure everyone i will have at least few hundred for saving la..
Please advice guys..

whether you are taking car or public transport or parking,
just count all expenses together and make a poll on how much u spend every month~

If can just share with us
Transport mode: (car?LRT?KTM?BUS?_
Total monthly expenses: RM???
Total travel time: 30min?1hour?2hour?(include waiting time, or jam)
