Hi,

I would like to apply a credit card for my personal usage (First time). So, i need advice from you guys as which bank to apply for.

Follow are the criterias that i'm looking for.
1. No processing and anual fees (Free for life)
2. Able to make monthly payment online (via website)
3. Best if could have benefit in term of (Buy Airline ticket [AA/MAS], Petrol, MPH, Food outlets]
4. Even better if got free gift.

Why Media Rep/Media Agency do not publish

May i know what is the reason that STOP/HOLD most of the media representative/ media agency to come out with their own publication/magazine as they had already have their cleint base (advertiser)

Who are the better person to come out with magazine if not them who had all the advertiser they would need. I understand that some of the media agency/rep might not have enough advertisement to cover up for the magazine cost. Since they might only have few advertisement or it might varies depend on issue....

However, there are some agency which are doing exclusive for particular publication where they actually committ to find certain amount of advertisement for the publisher. Then, why don't they publish thier own magazine as surely they will have the enough amount of money to cover up the magazine cost with all the advertisement they got for every issue

Why people invest?

Hi,

I have one question that i hope you quys could clarify for me....

"WHY DO PEOPLE INVEST?"

The make it clear. Following are a situatuion for this question.

For example if i would like to start up a business and i do not have sufficient capital to start up by myself.
So, therefore, i would like people to invest in my business so that i would enough enough money to operate the business.

Now, the question is, "WHY THEY WANNA INVEST?". Why don't they do the business themselve and earn all the money rather than invest in my company and share the profit.

Please share.....

Office Plaza Management Office

Hi,

I am trying to get the contact number for office plaza management office aorund Klang Valley. I had check online but i can't get any result from there. I type the name of the plaza but what came out is only website on office for rent or sales and the contact is the contact for the sales agent.

However, i would like to have the contact number for the management office for the office plaza. So, could someone please help me on how i could get thier conact? Is there any directories on this?

Is there anyone knows any advertising agent here in Malaysia who can get advertisement for magazine? Where Magazine publisher will pay them commission for advertisement obtained.

Insurance Matter

Hi all,

I need to cosult with insurance expert whether there is such an insurance coverage.

This is the scenario:

I am involved in a business where my client need to pay up front for the the service/product that we provide them. For example, my client need to first pay RM10,000 for a particular service/product which he can only get 1 month later. However, my client are worried that i might cheap him or run away with his money.

Therefore, i would like to know is there any insurance policy to protect my client for the money that he pay up front to me. If either i go brankrupt of run away with his money, he wil still get compensation from the insurance (RM10,000). By having this, he will feel safe and secure and i can get the money upfront.

For example, to cover a premium of RM10,000, how much should i pay the insurance company for a 1 month coverage. After i deliver the service/product, then the coverage will end.

Please advice.
