I&amp;#39;m open to suggestion.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Stat&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Height - 1.58 m&lt;br /&gt;Weight - 88 Kg (damn)&lt;br /&gt;Body Fat - 35% (die die)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kick off date - 23/4/2007&lt;br /&gt;End Date - at least 50% off my target body weight in 6 month&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Goal - 58 kg (damn...30 kg to go)</description>
